Re: [Harp-L] Boss Loop Station mod (Question for Brendan Power)

I currently use two loopers, the RC-20 and the JamMan by Digitech.
Neither affords the opportunity to affect the feedback (the volume of
regenerations), and so both are less useful for deep looping.
I also have a Gibson EDP, the Echoplex Digital Pro, no longer manufactured
but still state of the art. It is a rack mount unit, tho, and sees less
action as a result.
Also, I am not looping harmonica, but if I was, the EDP would go into the
chain no matter what--you can adjust so much with a good MIDI pedal that it
makes it worth having.
Here's a used one for 1100 bucks--yikes!

Mike Stevens was using this, then he went to the Looperlative--don't know if
he is currently using that--

I use the two pedal loopers for guitar, to capture source material for
backgrounds so I can play guitar solos, change harmonicas, and solo with the
chromatic.
Also, both allow you to store loops, so that is also an asset.
However, both are unmodified, although I did remove the spring from the
RC-20 pedal and cut it in half, making the controls more easily triggered.
